This is the second year the ImpACTA Kids Foundation College Scholarship has been awarded to students in the Cleveland area. “I’m part of this community now,” Acta said, “and our foundation is about making an impact on the lives of others, especially kids that are willing to give back to their community once they’ve achieved their goals.”
